How can I pay?
If you are located in Canada, you can send an e-transfer ( please contact us for details) or pay with PayPal.
Our products are in CDN ( Canadian) currency.We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance. If you are from USA or another country, PayPal will automatically convert the amount to your country currency. *This means your purchase will cost even less since the CDN dollar is currently lower.
Is your site secure?
Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your goodies. We get your money through PayPal later.

How much does shipping cost?
Items are processed within 1-3 days and then shipped via Canada Post. The average delivery time to the USA/Canada is 5-9 days.
Canada = $4.95 CDN ( Canada Post Letter Mail, no tracking) This is the cheapest option. For other options, please contact us via the Contact page.
U.S.A = $12. 95 CDN flat rate
United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Denmark, Netherlands = $14.95 CDN flat rate

How do I use a Natural Perfume Oil?
Perfume oils are meant to be worn close to the body on pulse points ( wrists, neck, behind ears & knees) and is a unique experience as the scent develops and blossoms over time with the hear of your body chemistry. You can also layer several fragrance oils to create your own personalized scent. I also like to rub a little but in the ends of my hair to tame the frizzies and everytime your hair moves you get a nice little wiff of your fragrance. Another tip to enjoy your scent is to add a few drops into your bath or to add a couple drops into your favorite body cream.

Do you test on animals? Are your products vegan?
All of our products are vegan. P.E.I Perfumes does not test on animals, nor we do we work with companies that test on animals. All products are tested on our family and friends. They are our human guinea pigs!
What ingredients do you use?
Our perfumes are formulated in a base of organic fractionated (liquid) coconut oil, organic grapeseed oil, Non-GMO Vitamin E , essential oils and safe synthetics. Our perfumes are paraben- free and phthalate-free .
What is the shelf life of natural perfume? Will it go bad?
We recommend use the product within 24 months.Our perfume oils age beautifully over time and the notes deepen. We also recommend you keep it away from sunlight and heat to prolong it's quality.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to hygienic reasons of skin care products, P.E.I Perfumes is not able to accept returns or give refunds ( unless there was an error on our end). However, we do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 20 days of your order being placed if you have any concerns with your order. We are happy resolve any issues on a case-by-case basis.
